any soft or company that offers free remote access support?

i was curios if is there any company that offers,this service

like to connect from my end to a costumer pc with out him to install any software at his end?

also to ad a link into my website for remote support...

i try few, but did not like it so much...

Teamviewer has a portable version that a customer can run. However, it is not free to use without a paid license and, when done, will pop up a most embarassing (for the tech) "Thanks for using this in a non-commercial way". Translation: The tech will look like a loser slacker.

Mikogo is free to use commercially but lacks certain features.

There are also VNC alternatives, most notably SingleClickVNC.



Edit: Btw, Bosanci, could use use complete sentences with capitals and such? We're all grownups here.

I am using SC Prompt, works great. You can take a look at the client I have it on my web site. Easy to customize and works well but I will admit that I still have some Windows 7 UAC issues with it. As long as the client can click OK for me its all good. We generally just use the remote support to fix basic issues like printers and loading some software. PM me if you would like a download link.
