Any Kaspersky Partners on here ?

In our shop we sell Kaspersky exclusively.
So I just decided to sign up for the partner program and it's a little different to other vendors I have signed up for in the past.

With (for example) AVG I got the discount directly from AVG and bought the licenses from them, with Kaspersky it seems that they direct you to one of their distributors, is it as simple as emailing the distributor and asking them for whatever discount you are entitled to ?

Also, marketing materials. Ideally I would get some sort of cardboard display stand as well as a window sticker around A3/A4 size, however I don't seem to be able to find these on Kaspersky's partner portal anywhere.
any ideas ?

I started down that road and found myself clicking in circles trying to find someone to sell it to me at anything under retail. Gave up after a while. The first rule of Kaspersky Club is "don't talk about Kaspersky Club".

oh god I hope not.
to be fair I don't need to worry too much about getting the discount as I normally find someone selling the licenses fro around £12 - £15 anyway, last time I was able to get the latest internet security form ebuyer for that price all in sealed packaging.
I would just like to have some marketing material in the shop to advertise the fact that we are an authorised reseller.

Hey @glennd if you want a (local to you) supplier for Kaspersky or Bitdefender at less than retail, PM me:)

I signed up as a Kaspersky Partner a few years ago when I had my own business. It just was not worth it, as there was no margin. I ended up buying from Ebay and Amazon at a better rate than I could through the partnership with Kaspersky

We looked into signing up last year but the real discounts only come on large sales (eg. 50+ licences in one sale).

We sell a decent volume of AV (300+ licences per year wouldn't be a stretch) but we sell them in small chunks... 1-5 licences at a time. So this really didn't suit us.

It's a shame because as a product I really like Kaspersky.

I've pushed kaspersky for a while now.
But I'm really looking for an AV that I can become a partner with, resell with a decent margin.
But MOST importantly some way to ensure that the customers either return to us for renewal or somehow automatically pay for renewal via us.

How do you get a recurring revenue stream from AV ?

I've just been reading about Kabuto on here and it seems like that has options to manage AV, but i've never heard of emsisoft, let alone seen it on a client machine.

I used to sell Norman AV until they were"aquired" by AVG then AVG was "aquired" by Avast.
I've been selling Emsisoft for a better margin than anything before.
I have a Kaspersky agent for Mac's (or people that don't want Emsisoft on PC).
I'm selling Emsisoft Antimalware through Kabuto and Emsisoft Internet Security as "standalone" for people who don't want it managed.
They have a great deal at the moment where you can get 3 user licences for the same price as single.

I've been a partner for several years as I really liked their product, but the partner program has never been much help at all, at least on the retail side. They used to have system builder 100 packs that came at a great price, but they seem to be harder to find each year, and the price keeps going up

I know Norman! Worked for a company that had a 5 year subscription. Got lots of infections though...

Sold Norman for home, SoHo, and Enterprise for almost 20 years, ever since they were called ThunderByte Antivirus. (coolest name ever!)
Very rarely saw a client get an infection after installing Norman.
Still got hundreds with Norman installed, but since they've been acquired, I've been swapping them to Emsisoft as their subs fall due.
Been putting business clients on ESET or Sophos.
