In M365 EAC, why can't you edit a user and add them to or remove them from multiple distribution groups at once? Its been a long time since I worked with on-prem exchange, but I swear you could do it there. No, you have to edit each group, then add/remove the user manually to each one.

Yes, I know you can do it with powershell, but it's obnoxious, create 2 .csv files with usernames and groups, since the actual job is different each time, it would take me longer to do it that way than the stupid manual way through the GUI. No real solution, just complaining! :D
 
Can kinda almost do batches...at a time. From the user properties. I think it caps at 7 or 9...can't do more than that at once. Wish it would produce a whole list of choices ahead of time so you can "check"..."check"..."check"...down the row. But gotta kinda remember the groups and enter on the search..select...and then enter the next group in the search..select...so on and so forth.

...yeah...could be smoother and quicker!
