Personally I don't think it is a USPS issue. I used to get same day shipment notices from Amazon and confirming from USPS tracking. Nothing ships same day any more it seems from Amazon even with the Prime account.

I've been getting both. Now, Arizona... the Phoenix area specifically is rather special because Amazon is everywhere here. Google says there are 12 of them in the Phoenix metro area, and 1 more in Tuscon. I order things and have them ship and arrive the same day... I order other things and wait two weeks... it just depends on the item and where it's in stock.

From the looks of WI, if it's not in Milwaukee or Chicago... you're waiting.

For me if it's not in PHX, it's in Vegas... if it's not there it's in LA. Shipping from Vegas or LA to PHX is stupid quick.

I just ordered an item with Prime shipping. It will be here next week between Monday and Thursday.

Free 2 day shipping should put it at Friday at the latest.

I never see 1 day shipping as an option anymore.

I live in the middle of Michigan's upper peninsula.

Switching the shipping address to a friend's place in Oshkosh, WI puts delivery at Friday like it should be. Still no option for 1 day delivery.

It is about location and what warehouse has it. I can get some things this way now.
