Air Set opinions

Hi, one of my clients is moving to a cloud computing program called Air Set, one of her employees is setting it up. I handle all computer and networking issues for them, its just a single location with two computers and a couple printers, but this is something I am not famillair with. She does everything via her blackberry comunicating via email back and forth to the office. She contacted me about which browser she should select for her blackberry for Air Set, I recommended she contact verizon to find which one would work the best for her. Any opinions on Air Set??
