Clients Blackberry Enterprise Server got itself in trouble, odd issue chasing it's tail trying to launch server config manager when I wanted to point its MAPI to a new Exchange Server to migrate their users from old mail server to new one.
So had to get BB support on the horn.
Gotta say though, 2nd time I've had to call BB support...once you get to a tech..they are good. Know their stuff, entertaining to talk to. Up in Novia Scotia.
2.5 hours later and almost done.
