My one resolved itself - well something I did cleared it up anyway and I don't know what! But now it's clean.

I like the idea of a new User Account except for the hassle of moving everything over. It makes sense if the malware is operating from the User Profile and %appdata% location.
Has anyone had success doing a typical malware clean and then doing a Windows 8 refresh?
