AD Lab testing environment

I am wanting to set up a small network using AAD to test and enforce group policies. I am running Win11 Pro an all systems, what is the best way to go about this. I do have Business Standard 365, does this come with AAD I only think premium does. Just a guide or brief rundown on best practice to setup such a lab testing ground. Thanks
