Acronis TI - What do you think?

For those who have used this software, how do you like it? How does it compare to other similar solutions you have tried? I'm thinking of purchasing it, but I'm not totally sure yet. I just need something to make reliable images of customer machines before doing potentially dangerous work.

It's now called Acronis Backup and Restore, and I use it and I love it.

I replaced two hard drives for a client today - two separate computers w/ 4-5 year old 80GB drives, swapped them with 250GB drives. First used ghost, but one drive had bad sectors and the cloning would fail even when using switches. Used Acronis TI and the clones worked perfectly.

Love Acronis except for one issue I had when I was trying to setup disk imaging backups for 3 computers to a NAS. Basically a bad idea, or I may not have configured it correctly. Changed over to just backup up the entire users directory daily and it operates much better so far.

I use TIH 2010 and have been using Acronis since it came out.

Never had an issue with it and it has saved my butt several times.

Well worth the 30 or so dollars it costs.
