A thought on uniforms on-site...

So I'm standing out side of a job site right now covered in insulation and random debris from the clients drop ceiling. I'm starting to think that maybe a logo'd ballcap would be a great addition to our uniform to help keep the junk off our heads, at least when doing installs and things like that.

What do you guys think? Do any of you include ball caps with your uniforms?

I'll be surprised if anyone requires such a thing.

But I can see the value in having an appropriate logo'd cap handy for those kind of situations. And if I were a hat guy I'd wear one anytime it was appropriate. Every little bit of advertising is helpful.

I think they'd be good for people like me, who have thinning hair on top.

It's difficult to make your hair look nice when it's thinning.

This might be hard in the summer when it's hot, but in the winter it would work nicely.

lol I feel your pain!

I'm with MichaelBits though ... I still wouldn't wear a hat (despite what my avatar might suggest) ... Least of all a baseball cap. I'm not sure what sort of image a baseball cap projects in the US, but over here, well .... let just say that those who usually wear 'em don't need them to keep their brains warm.
