Client is currently using 8x8 VOIP phones and is looking to leverage more VOIP features since many people are remote now. I was just wondering if Teams is at the point where it could become a replacement for a dedicated VOIP system.
It's very likely they will stay with 8x8, but I was just wondering about Teams.
Or are there better VOIP providers than 8x8 or are they pretty much the same quality and featurewise?
