You can just uninstall it nowadays. Unless i'm having a brain fart didn't you have to at one time call them for removal? I could be thinking of something else but I though a few years ago you had to do something like that.

Yeah, they really don't want you uninstalling it. They even offer to help you for free with any issues. I removed it yesterday and saw a boost in speed right away. Also got Norton out of the way. Back to where it needed to be.
