    Repairing MacBook batteries?

Yep, this is what places that sell used batteries as new do. Step 2 is printing the fake label. They are just clearing the chip of its failure data.

Trying to open Bitlocker drive results in BSOD

There's nothing more to tell. It is an accurate description. Encryption requires ALL THE BITS, miss one and it can be all lost. Bitlocker encrypts at a file level but it also encrypts the partition information. If that gets messed up then the whole drive is lost.

Bitlocker Status Out of the Box for Win11 Pro?

What I want to know is if Not Enabled means not encrypted. I can see the disk being shipped with the encryption enabled but it a bypass state where the TPM always allows access as it waits for that final step, a properly authenticated M$ account or Active Directory account to disable the bypass...

Bitlocker Status Out of the Box for Win11 Pro?

Yep. And with WIndows 11 Microsoft is really pushing HARD on enabling Bitlocker. Many more systems ship from OEMs with it enabled in 11 vs 10 in which most didn't enable it. Desktops are also being enabled which almost NEVER happened on 10.

Bitlocker Status Out of the Box for Win11 Pro?

Yes. Bitlocker is only enabled on installation via a properly set up SYSPREPed drive. Just doing a regular install of Windows will NOT set it up and even those small system builders out there who use Sysprep can configure it to NOT enable Bitlocker. M$ is really pushing it hard on OEMs so...

Trying to open Bitlocker drive results in BSOD

Yeah but he imaged the drive and tried the image on totally different hardware. This appears to be a corrupted drive.

Lenovo Yoga pulsing white power LED

Lenovos are on both ends of the spectrum. Thinkpads are great some of the best PCs made. IdeaPads are opposite the worst PCs made. Yogas are on the IdeaPad side of the scale, except for the few that are also branded as Thinkpad. Not the case with this one as it only a Yoga so it is an...

Lenovo Yoga pulsing white power LED

I'll also add that those Lenovos are stinking piles of crap. Constant trouble.

Lenovo Yoga pulsing white power LED

Part of the problem is the battery is not fully plugged in. I know because I have one on the bench right now with the same blinking light problem. You'll need to fully plug in the battery and then hit the battery reset button aka the novo button.

PIN (apparently) not input, but it is!

I've read this 3 times and I don't follow the question. You don't have to hit enter for the PIN. That is SOP with Windows and a normal function. If you have been hitting Enter by habit it was unnecessary, as it has NEVER been required. You just never realized it before now? Assuming that I...

Wild guess. The end user forgot the username and password they had setup so now the program has locked them out?

Anyone here a BSOD expert willing to take a gander at my logs?

Does this fusion app modify the login screen? I could see that happening if it was needed for the reader for the blind app. Such a thing could be tied to a user account as it might have options on who's account it is active on? Perhaps? Or do I not know what I speak off? LOL.

Anyone here a BSOD expert willing to take a gander at my logs?

Drivers are global. I can't see how a user profile would affect them.

I'm betting that if you N&P and don't load the fusion software all your problems will go away.

Anyone here a BSOD expert willing to take a gander at my logs?

I suspect that Fusion software is the whole cause and like many Windows software it probably didn't fully uninstall all of its drivers.
