I'm working on an Office365 migration, moving away from the hosting provided email accounts. This should be going ahead over this weekend. Unfortunately, half of the users work remotely using their own personal PCs. As you can imagine, this makes for a wonderful mix of OSs, email clients and POP3/IMAP accounts, which ultimately makes it a logistical nightmare.
I've come across a user who accesses her POP3 email accounts through the Windows 8 Mail app. This is the first time I've had anything to do with this app and I'm staggered by how poor and unintuitive it is. It also seems there is no direct export/backup function to move emails to Outlook. Tell me this isn't so! Tell me my google-fu is weak and there is an easy way to do it.
