ThinkPad T14 G3 Screen Flickering

Hey guys, I bought a ThinkPad T14 G3 AMD, two months ago and I've been having this chronic flickering issue. I'm beyond the 30-day mark so I cannot return or exchange my laptop, however, I can ask for parts replaced. I've reinstalled windows, reinstalled drivers directly from the AMD website, and gotten my system board, LCD connector cable, and LCD panel replaced, however, the flickering still happens. What do you guys think the issue could be? I've attached a video of the flickering below and it specifically happens right below the top bezel in the same area. I'm suspecting it's a system board failure. Thanks for any help in advance .
