[REQUEST] The laptop makes very loud grinding?/whirring? noise when I first turn it on.

I have 2 laptops - one at home and one at the company. It means I only use this laptop for not too heavy works at the company ( just about 8 hours a day for Android game simulation on the APKNite website). I've always had a super loud fan, but for the past week or two weeks, the computer makes an incredibly loud noise when I first open it up, then after maybe 5ish minutes, it goes into this (slightly quieter) highspeed fan sound. Any idea what this could be or how I can fix it? It's driving me crazy and I'll take all the help I can get.
