This is a what helped my former employer own a large shop in a City Center specialising in PC Builds and Repairs.

He first started about 4 years ago working from home and using his own car to go and pick up machines that were up the spout, every weekend him and his wife went down to car parks and put leaflets advertising their services on the windows, they even did it at PCWorld and Currys

After a while they had so much to do they made a workshop out in the garage and launched a website.

About 2 years ago they moved into a shop and took off as the #1 shop for computer repairs and builds, they are still going today, however now that the age of the internet is well and truely upon us they have started to loose trade to the dodgy 1payment1dnsgoneandnoemail shops on the net, and the decent fair playing net trade for PC parts

Alot, every weekend for some time they printed some flyers and went to car parks

When did they make the investment into a copy machine?

When I did my printing. I used a large office supply chain called "Officeworks" (Aussie only based I think?). They mass printed alot pretty cheaply. Cheaper than I could do it at home.
