Sell or get a manager

I have ran my repair / msp business for nearly 20 years.. quite frankly im board of it.... We have a ton of managed customers and I want to take a step back and maybe just do the odd remote work. Would you sell up or would you get someone in to run it? What would you look for and what would you offer a possible person to run it? We cant afford silly wages. I couldnt afford to not work either so I feel stuck.

My initial thought is if you put the effort into building up the business I wouldn't want to leave it so I would look to bring on a person or two who can take over the day to day and be able to work on the stuff that fuels your passion.

We would need significantly more information to give you a useful answer. How many employees are at the business? How much yearly net and gross revenue? It is really impossible to make a related decision without knowing that.
