Have a customer whom accidentally deleted her files from her phone. What is the best program to recover files from - she stated she immediately removed card as nothing was written to it after.

Tried these -

EaseUS Data Recovery got some not all
Photorec - useless
Card recovery - got some files just like EeasUS

thanks

EDIT: I managed to see the files for recovery rang - customer said charge would be 90.00 if I go ahead was about 4GB of DATA. Customer stated no thats to much. Me o_O ok np will return card, thanks come again.

LOL!!! It's sad that people think we are welfare agencies. Personally I've use R-Studio's R-Tools and have been very happy. Recovered many pics from SD cards and the like. But the names are usually bad, so it's just some random file name. But the files themselves have generally been good.

Yes +1 for R-Studio. With some newer phones, the file signatures are not exactly ordinary so you'll have to write a custom search xml for R-Studio to correctly identify them. I can help you with that if you can get me some sample files created by the phone.

Also don't forget that many phones use internal memory for picture taking, not the SD card by default. Might have to scan the actual phone too.

We charge $150 CAD for this type of recovery. But, to avoid wasting a lot of time, we also require that the client pre-approve the minimum before we spend time attempting the recovery. If there is 0% chance that they are going to pay our minimum price, there is no point for us to look at it. We don't charge if we can't recover any files, but would automatically charge $150 if we are successful.
