Outlook 2021 No sent folder

Just installed Outlook 2021 on a client's Win 10 pc. Small business, his own domain name and email address, IMAP server.

On the mail provider's webmail, all folders are there. On Outlook, no Sent folder. New profile, same result.

Setup his mail account on a new profile on my test box running Outlook 2010, same thing, no Sent folder.

Mail provider says there's no problem on their end, not too helpful "We use a web server, not a dedicated email server"

Anyone seen this before?

Just heard from email provider, they do have a problem and are working on it.

The only shocking part here is that they admitted the problem was on their end. IMAP folders should "simply appear" when an account is initially configured, and Sent is always among those as the end user doesn't set that one up themselves.

Check the IMAP synched folders, probably unchecked.
