Need Ads for new location and looking for alternative to google adwords

We just opened our fourth location and need to get the word out to the area that we are here. in the past we have done adwords to get traffic and it works well. even though I hate yelp I have started an ad program with them for now. I am also running instagram and facebook ads for a week to see if I get a response. Also emailed all current clients and asked them to do reviews for the new locaiton and to share with friends in the new area that we are here.

couple questions

1. some adwords are still showing up for tech support. are their keywords that I should avoid?

2. what other ads or marketing are you doing?
