MSP Marketing Process?

So I'm at the point where I need to generate more sales. The past few years have been mostly organic, referral based. I'm an MSP.

I had put ads on google however they had zero generation of calls and contact besides spam. I'm redesigning my website.

What is the "process" for generating new leads/sales? I recognize this is kind of very broad and it also depends on your niche however in the past I simply had classified ads (which are no longer effective now). I'm focusing at only commercial / smbs up to say 100+ devices, a couple of Windows servers. Most of my current clients are smbs in the real estate, construction, manufacturing and investment sector.

My thought process is that I should record videos and offer articles on LinkedIn to generate leads and then sales. Additionally, improve my website.

For those here whom have been successful in their marketing efforts, What worked for you?
