The one major thing that irks me is not changing the favicon which a lot of the last few didn't. Seeing that default wordpress icon on the tab strips all credibility for anyone doing technical work. And, believe it or not many senior people do notice that.

I noticed the favicon missing right away, all my tabs looked off when I was doing editing on many pages.
