[BUG] Laptop is sloooow need help please

Hello. I need help getting my laptop back up to running it runs really slow like there is some virus or malware or something wrong. I downloaded Norton 360 7-day free trial and CCleaner and they cant find any issues and idk any other types of programs to use. What other types of free programs or something I could use a trial just to sweep my computer to fix this problem? I have a gaming laptop and it runs like its 1990 and I cant find any issues with it lol
