iPhone Using Only the Earpiece Speaker

Customer's iPhone 7 Plus usually just uses the earpiece speaker and sounds tinny.

Replaced the earpiece speaker. Still tinny, but the customer couldn't hear phone calls before and can now.

YouTube in portrait mode uses the earpiece and in landscape uses the earpiece and loudspeaker and sounds like it should. On my iPhone it uses all the speakers no matter the orientation. Never seen this issue before.

What to do?

The iPhone 7 and some 7+ have been known to have issues with the audio (the onboard part) and replacing it should fix it, in Portuguese is “ic audio” issue not sure what IC stands for internal connector or not
