How are other firms getting around Google ads ban?

Did a search for computer support near me and paid ads pop up. They're not even near me. But how are they even getting these adverts up there?
Mine get hit with "Disapproved (Third-Party Consumer Technical Support)"

Wish I knew. I heard people in the Data Recovery industry with ads up have contacts at Google that turn a blind eye to them. I have a few up still, but if I change the text or link, they get removed. So, I've had the same ads up for 3 years and I can't change them.

I did a google search using the exact same phrase @MobileTechie did and got slightly different results. While there were a handful of actual businesses there were even more results using places like Angies List and other similar "platforms". Ads are paid, which means revenue, so I can understand. But for sometime even the paid ones that have an established physical presence were getting the boot. Maybe just give their sales team a call?

I know of work arounds, my ads still show. But if I have to share well them I compromise my ads from being banned
