[TIP] Free stock photos

Hello there fellow Nibblers.

Just thought I'd share links to some free stock photo websites that may be useful for your website and advertisement needs. They have high quality stock photos that you can use without having to pay or leave an attribution (obviously nice of us if we do though).

I would be a little nervous using 'free' photos online though, especially on customers websites. On a couple of occasions I've had the likes of Getty Images harass customers and attempt to sue them for images they claimed they owned, images that had previously been sourced (by my customers) on similar 'free' image websites. I'm not sure if the images were being offered as free without Getty's permission or if Getty subsequently acquired the image copyrights and began suing retrospectively. Either way, it's something to be aware of. At the very least, I would search Google/TinEye with any image you plan to use online and check that it's not being sold elsewhere.
