When I open a 2nd Explorer window, it's so I can see two windows at once. STOP PUTTING THE NEW WINDOW OVER TOP OF THE OLD WINDOW!!

Annoying as it is, the ability to hit WinKey + Left (or Right) Arrow to place one on the side of the screen you want it on, then clicking the other to make it autofill the remaining half, it's way less annoying than it once was.

Better than Apple, which will put a pop-up dialogue box UNDER the window that needs it to move forward.
