I currently have a client using older generation mobile devices. iPhones are at least 2-3 years old. Both clients have an interlogix cctv system and use TVR Mobile to view cctv from their iPhones.

Both systems have been setup using a DDNS service to view remotely. However on the iPhones they often can't connect to view the cctv. They get a permission or connection error. One user reports he seems to be able to connect when he is connected to WiFi and not his home WiFi. So he will connect to his work WiFi and be able to view footage. If on mobile data he can't connect.

I have had my android device connected since the original call out and have had no issues what so ever. I can connect via WiFi, mobile data and have never experienced outages.

The only similarity between devices is they are both iPhone.

We have tried un-installing TVR Mobile and re-installing. Have also tried updating the app with no results.

Any ideas what's missing?
