At an old theater, about to punch this network up to over 30 Unifi devices (switches, APs)....here's the central distro...
Before... (Skye will recognize his NG100) (I did not build this rack originally). So Untangle powered the edge, mixture of old HP ProCurve switches, Ubiquiti EdgeSwitches, and one of our guys slid in this Unifi switch ....before I said "Nope, we gotta schedule an outage and wipe this rack clean".

So here's step 1 after we were done.....
Unifi UXG at the edge, 2x internet connections feeding it, primary 1 gig fiber, backup 500 gig coax.
10 gig feed to the 10 gig 8x port aggregate switch.
A Unifi Pro Max 48 POE switch with a 10 gig uplink to the aggy switch
A Unifi Pro 48 POE switch with a 10 gig uplink to the aggy switch
We will have 3x more switches spread across the buildings that the theater occupies...with 10 gig fiber runs...feeding into the 8x port aggy switch.
Still some more neatening up to do here...but we had to turn the faucet back on by 2pm...this was a little over 4x hours work 'tween 2 guys.

You did a LOT of work for 8 man-hours. Nice to get the budget to do things right for sure. Their network is going to work SO much better with those 10GbE connections to the aggregation switch. Looks great!
