Anyone replaced a digitzer on a HD7?

Hopefully this post is ok.

Has anyone who does phone repairs ever come across a HTC HD7 and replaced the digitizer? if so could i have your personal experience with the phone.

I have the usual dissasemble guides etc and info from google, however this phone is tricky.

When removing the digitiser be very very careful as they are hard to remove if the damage is bad.

If you aren't careful enough you may end up damaging the screen or tearing the cable connecting them.


(I do have to admit I made this mistake, first time fixing any HTC Phone. Ate the cost of the part, client didn't mind as I warned them before hand that I wasn't familiar with the phone.)
