So in the break/fix days, it was much easier to get clients. You put out a basic ad to be visible, and if something broke and your clients called you to fix it. Managed Services differs from because it requires education first.

Prospects don’t know they can work better and they don’t really know just how bad a security breach can be. It hasn’t happened yet so its not on their radar. But they really need to be educated to make sure they are secure BEFORE something bad happens.

So because of this, Managed Services requires a longer sales funnel. There are steps like Awareness, consideration, conversion and so on.

They need to find out that you exist, so you need to provide value and build up trust and you need to entice them enough to give you their contact details or call you.

One of the best ways to do this is to find your prospect on LinkedIn using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and connect with them so that they can see the content that you post. You can also find their email address and use that on something like a Facebook ad custom audiences, which is also very powerful. From there, you can target them with a Facebook ad that leads to an eBook that addresses the problems they have in their business which leads to a landing page.

The landing page can then collect their details and deliver the eBook and now that they have opted into your mailing lists, you can also setup automated followups on an ongoing basis.

This is something we supply all the content, eBooks, ads, landing pages and followup emails for. As well as have the training on how to set something like this up. So head on over to Technibble.com and check us out and see how we can help your Managed Service Business.
