Reach Out to Your Clients and Prospects

We as MSPs are in a unique position to do a lot of good for others, while making sure we continue to provide for our own families.

We’re headed into crazy times, there is a lot of bad news in the media. You don’t really need to hear the doom and gloom from me. But I want to focus on our ability to help save other businesses, jobs and possibly even people.

We as MSPs are in a unique position to do a lot of good for others, while making sure we continue to provide for our own families.

Businesses around the world are sending staff home, whether that was their own decision or required to by law. It’s happening.

Make sure to reach out to your client’s NOW to prepare them for remote working.
For clients where remote working isn’t doable, they can look at options like contactless payment to make their customers feel a bit more comfortable..

It might be harder to get people to sign, say, a long term service contract. Given the uncertain times, so its ok to bill per hour or even better, a larger sum up front.

Once you sort of demonstrated yourself, you are more likely to pick them up as a managed service contract once all of this is over.

We can do really positive things here and help a lot of people. Reach out to your existing clients and offer help, and keep marketing. Educate your prospects on what they can do to keep their businesses running.
