Hey all, I've been lurking here for the longest! I'd really like to get some opinions on my website, what you see as right or wrong and what I should fix... There's a tiny issue on the home page, let's see if anyone notices :D I just can't fix it here at work.
Of course critique of the services offered is also very welcomed, don't worry, I have thick skin over here ;)

Website

Thanks in advance for any input!

Looks great, I love the color combi actually and the fast loading page.. keep it up.

Is it the ? instead of " for the customer testimonial?

Great site, hard to find something to complain about...the one thing that nags me is the background of the service list boxes under the slider. Colour use across the whole site looks fine but seeing that swampy green colour as a big square bugs me for some reason...different shade of green perhaps?

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Now that you mentioned "swampy", it's all I see when I load the page haha. And yes, the question mark, opened the page in a web editor and must've changed the encoding.

Thanks again, I'd love to hear some more (bad) stuff :D

My first redesigned website was almost identical template from wix.

However I realized that the sliding pages was irritating to my customers and that I needed to shrink the header/slider so that at least enough of my content was above the fold so that folks would read it and be interested enough to scroll down the page.

I think you might find a high bounce rate unless you shrink your header/scroll ad and get some content above the fold.

I later deleted my slider so that I could have much more info above the fold. Good Luck.

I hope you're the only one that thinks it looks like a Wix site! I paid a decent amount for it, hurts my feelings haha.

As for the bounce rate, about 50%, not so good... though the recent traffic has mostly been from here, so it's hard to judge (not much other traffic, working on that). I didn't think of the slider as a deterrent, being that the first one clearly defines what we do... Hopefully I'll get more input on that!

Thanks for the feedback fellas!

I adore the fanged monsters theme. Seems to work ok in Chrome; looks good to me!

The site looks great. It's well done and I get the feeling I'm going to have great customer service if I work with your team.

The only critique would be to find a better way to lay out the services page.

It's a great start.

The main page slider was too much in my face on my initial visit. After using Ctr - and + to get it just right, the slider started to act up. It would show one slide plus half of the next slide.

Also, when I got to the main page, I needed to search for options. Not sure how to fix it, but customers have a very short attention span. If they don't find what they need in a second or two, you lost them.

Much, much better. It is cute and makes you want to stick around awhile to read it.

Good Job.

I really like your site and was able to find all of the main things a potential client would be looking for.

I can usually find a few things that could be improved on a website, but in this case the only thing I'd suggest is if you can make the topics in the slider clickable that would save your prospect a split second of confusion if they're using a netbook like I am right now and need to scroll down.

I'm just a noob in the business but I think it is a really great page. I really like the color scheme and from someone using Wix, It definitely does not look like one of their templates.

The only thing I would change is to slow down the slider a bit. I read fast and had trouble getting all the info before it flipped to the next slide. So i had to to stay 2 times round to get all the info. A would be customer might not have that sor tof attention span.

Other than that, excellent job! :D
