Windows 10 KB4532693 Update Bug Reportedly Deletes User Files

Quite a few reports of this happening seems to be adobe software+update=deleted files.

I had this yesterday. The original profile was just gone and instead of logging into a temporary profile it tried using one of a local admin account (this was a domain joined computer). Naturally this caused countless permission errors and completely messed up everything.

Fortunately, being a domain account with redirected folders I could just delete the messed up profile and log back in again so it wasn't too bad.

The patch is so buggy Microsoft has delayed it for enterprise editions.
Can you imagine working as a bookkeeper then BAM all your stuff is deleted lol i know so many that do not backup i keep telling them to but they don't.
