This desktop has got me..it is an Acer AXC-603G-UW30

the built in ethernet, as well as wifi usb, etc all say the same thing, No ip address or unidentified network, I have tried everything possible and I am not at a standstill. It is Windows 10...
Tried updating the drivers, tried Ipconfig etc, tried TCP/IPV4 settings, unchecked IPV6, etc...I am ready to throw in the towel here..tried everything I found using google..lol figured you guys might have seen this and I am over looking something. thanks appreciate any comments.

"tried everything" makes it hard for us to help.

What have you tried?

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

DHCP service running?

checked for malware?

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

a int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

tried another physical NIC?

give us more here

<edit>
and if you boot to Linux, does everything work?

start at the beginning. I'm going for the simple solution. Is the thing you are trying to connect to working?

Yes, eliminate the obvious first, test connecting to another wifi network, eg your phone as a hotspot.

In the Network And Sharing Center is it set to "Public" or "Private" ?
Run these and reboot to see if it fixes your problem.
Run Set_Unidentified_Networks_Private first.
Run them as "Administrator"

What does the event log say? I had a computer recently with a similar issue and the event log was showing an "access denied" error when trying to start the DHCP client service.

Yes I tried everything as stated above.all the obvious simple fixes, yes connected to my home network, tried different nic, tried different WIFI adapters, they too will connect but say the same thing..no ip...the client was also getting the same, through cable modem..I tired everything on my cable and it replicates the same thing, was not sure if Windows 10 could of caused this? I even applied the latest updates. thanks for the info.

tried what you suggested here..still same thing....

What A/V, if any, is installed? I have seen Symantec and other "less effective" anti-virus programs cause problems like this. I recommend using the uninstall tool to completely remove whatever A/V is present, if any, and give windows repair toolbox a shot if that doesn't help.

No virus/malware programs were installed, I also disabled windows firewall. Still no solution

Windows repair will not fix it.thanks I tried that..lol

Then stop. Backup the data and wipe and reload.

No computer should take this long to fix nor should it take so much of your time to figure it out.

It is a rare scenario so plowing through it to learn something that probably won't apply to another system ever again is meaningless and a waste of time.
