Regards,

Probably many..many..many times. yup.
Of course with some business clients, they may do a lot of online hosted portals as part of their job and we'll have to ensure and possibly hold off until approved for compatability. But "yes I'll be installing IE 10 on Windows 7"...an aweful lot, as time goes on.

Kinda similar question to "will you get up tomorrow morning" or "will you drive to work tomorrow?"

Installed it on this machine. Pretty quick load. Doesn't look any different, but I am sure there are "features" I don't know about yet. Just went to about 20 sites with intense java, flash, etc. So far looks ok. I am using it win non-tabbed browsing. If anything weird happens I will post in here.

ps - this is on Win7 64 bit SP1.

IE 10 is incredibly fast on windows 8.. Faster than chrome, but I think windows 8 might slow chrome down on purpose :p

I think it will make the most sense for business environments where you run in to "chrome won't load this page I need for work" and you don't really need the added security from chrome, since they should have proper security elsewhere, and shouldn't be going to sites containing viruses at work.

So far it is very fast under win7-home-64 and seems to eat less ram. Usually IE8 or IE9will just keep growing until I kill it.

I already found one site (ureach.com) where it will not open emails or certain links. Not sure if this is a java thing or something else. But other than that its been rock solid and I have been using it all day including right now.

Ill be getting it shortly. I use IE, firefox and chrome regularly. At the end of the day i have to be able to use all, be familiar with their individual problems etc.. As a cust might have a prob with 1 and its nice to know quirks and probs and fixes for all

My 2 cents

i havent used ie in quite a while probably since 6
but i always give em a shot to try out new things and i was actually impressed it seems to work well

im a chrome guy with all that syncing but i may start using ie

unfortunately m$ made a crap windows, but at least they got the browser right this time
