Why are computer people so fat?

Many computer folks have really bad sleeping habits.
The most important factor in weight loss and overall health is SLEEP, especially sleep between 10pm through 2am, in relation to HGH.

thin I, day at work in the evening vodka with fish, before going to bed neighbors fight, sing songs, no time to get fat, get fat from fast food, I eat raw fish bread with tea and fry potatoes on holidays, fat not because of the profession and because of laziness
 
I have gone to bed at 4.00am and got up at 8.00am for about 35 years now.
I seem to do ok on 4 hours sleep.
Probably not healthy but i'm ok right now.

I wish I could pull that off lol. Like 1 day here or there on 4 to 5 hours of sleep is fine but I cannot consistently do it.
 
I guess its what you get used to.
Sometimes I have a sleep in for an extra hour on a Sunday morning but not often.
Sometimes I'll take a 5mg or 10mg melatonin supplement and sleep a straight 7-8 hours and wake up feeling great. Other times I've taken it and woke up in like 4 or 5 hours feeling pretty good. The problem is I tell myself it's not enough sleep so I go back to bed for another 2 or 3 hours but then wake up feeling worse lol. So I'm thinking once I awake especially if taking a melatonin supplement is to just get up and start the day. Easier said than done sometimes lol.
