Who has experience with Spiceworks?

I have a new client who is running spiceworks on their server. It was configured by old I.T. so i thought I could just change the login info but it keeps saying account not found. Now I do have an account and log into MY spiceworks with it.

I guess I could just remove spiceworks and reinstall?

What is it going to do that your own RMM doesn't?

I used to use but haven't for months now. If you just uninstall and reinstall you'll wipe out any db already existing. The endpoints can be rescanned no problem but you will lose any history and notes entered among other things. Check on spiceworks help system about how to backup and restore the db. You may be able to make a backup, then nuke the installation, reinstall with your login and restore db back.
