Whats firefox's predefined port?

FireFox does not have a "predefined port"...

web browsing "http" uses port 80 or port 8080.

what are you doing with Fire Fox because it might use a different port.

if you are screwing around with ports and you don't know what default port is used for web browsing you might not want to be screwing around with ports.

As creatfire said, Firefox uses the HTTP port which is 80 most of the time, sometimes 8080. If the website is HTTPS (as in, SSL) its 443.
Firefox may use another port for updating itself, but I expect that'd probably either be done via HTTP, HTTPS or FTP (port 21).

I knew that http is used in port 80 or sometimes 8080...
this was the info i needed. got it from a tool called currPorts v1.80 - Monitoring Opened TCP/IP network ports / connections
