hi @annenap Yes, a Fiverr person did the avatar here, I have had 100's of logos though with the girl. That's why I love just having her. Here is my new banner for the seo site, and it's not 100% done but a good start. This was done by Design Pickle.

One of my marketing buddy told me that he can't tell what I'm selling with my SNC LOGO. (see avatar) So for my Voip PBX Hosting service, I put a picture of a phone to make it as clear as possible.
