Looks like a randomly named exe file. Could be any of 500,000 viruses.

Paul, I don't mean to sound critical, but you do know that a good number of, if not most, viruses/spyware will have randomly named filenames, right?

If MSE is recognizing it as a severe threat then it should also be telling you what threat it is.

+1. Weird file names really mean nothing, especially if a quick "google" shows no hits. If an known-good AV (MSE) offers a tip or guidance that is where we need to go looking.
