What is the best place to get 30 copies of office professional?

I am doing a small deployment am wondering if anyone has any specific places they like for getting office professional?

volume licensing would be best here but is their anybody anyone can recommend that they have worked with well before or if issues come up they will be their for support.

Not so found of my current supplier.
 
If that's who you purchase from....sounds OK. Have a sales rep there? Just check with them...they typically create custom quotes for you based on who your client is. They can make it incredibly affordable if your client is a non profit. Prices almost always vary from client to client. Note..you selected "software assurance"....it's an option...read up on what it is.
 
We have always done it at amazon.

We had trouble navigating the options, and it seemed the site license versions were always a step or two above the basic version most businesses want.

Even for 75 licenses, $200 each on amazon, but $350 each for the site license because you had to step up a package.

We could have had it all wrong, I have zero confidence that after talking to 5 people I even have half a clue what they were trying to do to us.

Would love a good post on how the heck to really do this, what version to buy, and how much time is wasted talking to sales reps.
 
techsoup has some great pricing for volume licenses if it is an non profit. Hardware selection not so great but software is pretty good.
 
Yes its simply one client and all of their computers are on 03 so as we do the windows xp to 7 migration we are also updating all of their software.

Stonecat your more familiar with this then I so would you say that something like this https://store.software-intl.com/Products/index.co?id=M004349977 form that company would fit so that costs get spread out over time for my client.

The subscription model can be more expensive if they do not turn over software very often. Most places I've dealt with prefer to purchase outright.

The client does like to stay current but software assurance is a maybe for them.

yea techsoup is good but the client wouldn't qualify I have used techsoup for other organizations and it helps save a pretty penny.

They do want to stay current but want to spread out the cost but yes i see your point so ill include mentioning it in my quote.

licensing is as complex as serves and vm systems, you would think it would be a lot easier but its not.
 
the new office 365 (the right plan) includes the full office 2013 suite, as well as email hosting with 25gb mailboxes. this is what we suggest to most clients
 
I am aware of that but the client is not a fan of the cloud. Realistically we will use it for some employes because it makes it easier but that will maybe be like 7 of them that travel a lot from location to location.

As we are doing the XP to 7 migration i will have a few of them test the system. But realistically we are looking at buying volume licensing and using RDS because of their remote locations and the fact that they want to add a new one.

But overall I will keep the cloud in mind.
