Compulink is aweful! One of my clients used to use it and they all referred to it as Compustink. ;)

I would look at the offerings by Penn Medical, especially EyeDoc. They have a PM module for the EMR as well. It integrates good with Zeiss software (Forum, etc).
My only problem with it is that the interface REQUIRES a vertical resolution 1024. But they have a new version to be released soon that replaces that old interface.

Their support though is pretty darned good. I VERY rarely have to do anything to support it as the vendor takes care of all support issues.

@SAG

I had no idea I talked to a few people i know at an optometrist office and they said they where good with it. But I will take a look at your suggestions since I don't want the client having a hard time moving over to the new system.

@angry_geek

Yea McKesson is nice but I'm not sure about optometry either.

@YeOldeStonecat

I'll check out vital works and I have a friend who works with Cerner so I'll check that out.

Thanks for the input everyone.
