I have a 3.2Mbps Wireless connection at home, 2Gb cap per month :). Since I don't live in a large town there are no ADSL/uncapped options available here. Sucks to be me, no?

What connections do you guys have at home/work?

At home...AT&T U-Verse 18/1 (hybrid fiber/DSL)
At office...15/2 cable with 5x static IPs, and a 6/1 DSL with 5x statics.

After doing some installs of 50/10 and 100/10 Docsis 3 cable pipes at some clients...sure wish I'd get one of those at the office. :D

10 by 768k at work, static IP. Great connection, has only gone down 3x in the last year, and all three times where less than 10 min.

1.5 by .5 at home with serious restrictions. For example, I can not host any server, leave steam running, or torrent the newest Linux distro without my ISP shutting me down without notice. Also, I am lucky to get .5 mbs during peak time. Wireless ISPs have limitations...

I have ADSL2+ which currently runs at 14.5Mb down, and 1Mb up.

We are due to get FTTC in June, so we should see around 40Mb, although by then BT will have released their 80Mb FTTC product :D

I have BT Infinity as you can see around 37M/bits dl and 8M/bits upload

How close to the FTTC cabinet are you Martyn?

Not sure but as you know the last bit is still copper so the nearer you are the better your rate. It's really good for those downloads from Technet. Also a company that I'm using for oem cds are starting to do some digital downloads. Just recently I downloaded 13GB only to find their rar files were corrupt so they rehosted them as an iso and the next lot were fine.

Yeah we are looking to move house in the coming months and this is somthing I will be checking out. BB speedwill be a deciding factor for me

We were lucky and got onto the new fibre being run around the city quite early.
We get 50mbps down and up with a 150gb monthly cap.
At home still only adsl with 6mbps down and 0.7mbps up.

I have Verizon Fios Fiber connection, I believe I have the 25Mbps down and 25Mbps up package. They have faster packages, bu I'm pretty happy with that.
