What do you guys think of this template?

Yes, I've done about 15 sites with themeforest themes, and there is some luck involved. As you do it more and more, you do become better at spotting the duds before you buy them. On all of my sites I spend a little bit of money on custom development.

Also worth noting is that I have 100 hours and 500 dollars in custom development on a few of my sites, so the cost of the template is of little concern. Is gladly pay hundreds of dollars but I have been well served by themeforest templates.
