What do you about customers that sit over you? How to make it stop?

The first year it bothered me but then I learned to work and talk and it is the best way to really cement relationships with your customers. I have people call and ask for me that I have not seen for years. They remember our connection.

If you are not good with people it could be a problem because you can leave them feeling you are uncomfortable which also makes them feel you might be dishonest or untrustworthy.
 
I talk with them as I do any family members or friends and for this I have alot of return clients.

One of the things I do love about this job is the great relationships with customers that can develop over time. Its definitely one of the most rewarding and enjoyable aspects of the work.

Exactly! If I have to work, then being with a client helping them solve a problem is one of the most rewarding experiences I can have, and get paid for it. :)
