Yesterday, when the question was asked:
- removed innumerable viruses and malware from a laptop with AVG on it
- replaced broken LCD side rail and hinges on an gateway that really should have been trashed
- re-installed Vista on a SONY A-I-O with a bad hard drive (took forever to track down the last two drivers, only to realize I could have found them in the Windows.old folder!)

Arghhhh! Today, I'm re-installing Windows and restoring data from backup to that Sony A-I-O all over again because I inadvertently got the drives reversed on my duplicator, cloning the "destination" drive to the "source" drive. Arghhhh! Somebody shoot me, please!

Hey man, at least you had a backup! You may be wasting some time, but you're not telling the customer their cat photos are lost forever
