Website Critique

Greetings Cliff:

I like the slider on your website, looks good. I'm not sure about the 3 icons next to your business name on the header; It's a great concept but they look a little cartoonish while the rest looks very presentable.

I also agree about the iocons. There are a couple of issues that I have seen also, that may run off the average customer. The first thing is the link in your logo, I clicked it to get back to your homepage and it popped up trying to save an .EXE. Red Flags went way up. If that program is needed for you to connect to your clients, I would suggest putting it somewhere else on the page.
Also you have multiple redundant links all over the place, home, contact, etc. Can get a bit overwhelming. Also your main nav in the header is good with the drop downs, but I personally like to be able to click the "a href" and get to the main page. If you are just going to use the drop down without a link to the mainpages, you might want to look at changing the hover cursor on the main nav.
Last thing that I saw was the contact page's width is not consistent with the rest of the site.
Overall the design is great, just saw those few flaws. :D

Nice layout. everything looks great including load time. but just as cooke1099 mentioned, when I click on it, teamviewer "remote.exe" download came up instead of being directed to homepage. :)

Thanks for the feedback and taking the time to check it out. I think I will remove the three icons at the top. I've got them on every page anyway. Cooke1099, that is the program that I use to connect to my clients. The reason I did that is because if I can't email the customer the link for whatever reason it was easy enough just to tell them to click on my logo at the top of the page to download the remote support program. I'm going to fix that to. Maybe I'll put a link on the side or link it to the pic on the right. I just noticed the contact page. About Us needs to be cleaned up to. Once again I really appreciate the time you all took reviewing and posting back.

Usually when you click on a website's logo it will take you to the home page, instead you have yours pointing to a remote support program. I would def put the link to that program somewhere else. Otherwise looking good :)
