I'm not sure how limited you are in your name choices and the following is only my opinion based on anecdotal evidence but I think you should try to stick to one or two word tradenames. And if you do go over the two word limit it would have to be with something really catchy or have local relevance. For example I live in Dublin so I might use Dublin PC Repair as most people in Dublin would take the prefix as read and then focus on the second part of the name. Or for something catchy I know on e of the posters on this forum has a company named 'CallThatGirl' which is equally memorable - if not more so.
Anyhow, it's just a thought and as I said my opinions are purely anecdotal. However, to answer your question, 'Evernet PC Repair' would sound better to me.
Typically I see two types of company names here on the forum.
First there are names where they owner put their name or their city name in the company. i.e. Catanoso Computing, Cambridge PC Support. These seem to be the easiest names and sometimes are pretty good.
Then I see there are "brand" names. i.e. Nerds for Hire D), CallThatGirl, MobileGeeks, etc. These are all what I think are great names, but can be pretty challenging to come up with when you really get down to business.
So the easiest, but still professional route to go is to go with a your name/city name company.
The harder, but more marketable option is to go with a brandable name.
I think we already have someone on the forum with the name "PC Tech Bytes" so obviously that name is out of the window.

For me, coming up with a business name was the hardest part of the process of opening up a business. You want something catchy that people will remember. You should come up with a bunch of names and do a Google search to see which ones are taken and then ask people their opinion.
If you are a mobile tect with a set service area that is compatible with a name, then that may be another consideration. It also depends on how you promote your services.
If you're promoting with local media (local newspapers, fliers, etc) then this is not a consideration, because you're hitting your target market
If you're promoting with Google, an area delimiter in your business name can be an asset. Firstly, the keyword will assist with relevant targetting for searches, and secondly, people in the area you name will be much more likely to click on your result because you're local.
